Being an Author
Being an author, well it can be pretty stressful, especially if you are an author with four children. So, today I began the sequel to my New York Times Bestseller book, but it was more of an attempt of writing, because a few minutes after I had sat down and started typing I was interrupted. First it was my three year old who had just woken up, and was crying because the dog barked and awakened her. Then it was my eight-year-old twins who were fighting. I solved their problem, and my problem by sending them to their rooms until lunch. I thought I would then be able to write, but I was proven wrong when my five year old threw cheerios at my three-year-old daughter Isla. So, I banished my five year old, Jacob, to the “naughty corner”, and Isla I kept in my room where she was trying to force Minnie, our Yorkie into a snuggie. After I sent everyone to the their rooms, or in Islas case, kept her busy, I was able to write a chapter, and then lunch rolled around and the chaos began again
